EVERY IMAGE
IS A DECISION
SO IS EVERY STORY YOU TELL
“Jen spoke with warmth, poise and had the room hanging on her every word.”

Let’s Meet Jen
Life doesn't always go as planned.
What if the frame you're looking through matters more than the plan itself?
Jen is a Toronto-based keynote speaker who helps individuals and organizations notice the frames they've inherited, question who built them, and choose how they see and act from here. Her background as a photographer and educator shapes how she teaches it: every image is a decision, and so is every story.
Her own frame shifted eighteen days into motherhood, when her newborn was diagnosed with a congenital heart condition. She could have let fear define that chapter. Instead, she picked up her camera and chose what the story was about, a decision that now shapes the work she does on stage.
Today Jen speaks to audiences navigating change, stepping into leadership, and learning to trust what they actually see, not just what they've been told to see.
JEN’S KEYNOTE
Adjust Your View
Four perspective shifts that change what you are able to see
After an hour with Jen, your audience will have the tools they need to:
Read self-doubt as a sign of growth, not proof they don't belong
Notice the frame shaping a decision before it makes the decision for them
Question the inherited expectations they've mistaken for fact
Choose their perspective on purpose, instead of by default
See challenges as evidence they're growing, not evidence they're behind
Your audience won't leave with an answer. They'll leave with questions that keep showing them what they've stopped noticing.
INTERESTED IN WORKING WITH JEN?
Fear, self-doubt, and the pressure to have it all figured out keep a lot of good people from stepping forward: the creative second-guessing work that's actually strong, the educator bending a curriculum they were told not to touch, the leader who senses something's off but doesn't have the language for it yet.
Jen challenges the idea that you need certainty before you're allowed to act. Through specific, true stories, she shows audiences that the doubt they're carrying is usually a sign of growth, not a sign they don't belong.
Jen helps individuals and teams notice the frame they've been operating inside, question whether it still holds up, and choose to lead and live with more intention.
INTERESTED IN JEN’S PHOTOGRAPHY?
Jen’s approach to photography is centred around storytelling, highlighting the moments you can’t pose and breathing life into the seemingly mundane. She provides space for people to be themselves in front of a camera, and she helps people see the world, not through a social media lens but a lens of compassion and humanity.
She creates emotionally connected, moment-driven images with a thoughtful eye and a keen sense of composition.
