Too many good ideas get lost because people don't know how to present them clearly and persuasively.

When professionals communicate ideas effectively:

  • Meetings are more productive

  • Decisions happen faster

  • Leaders build credibility

  • Teams collaborate more effectively

Presenting with Influence teaches professionals how to structure ideas, communicate with clarity, and present in ways that move decisions forward.

Why Organizations Choose This Workshop

Most professionals were taught to inform, not influence.

Clear, persuasive communication is essential for effective leadership, collaboration, and decision-making.

Presenting with Influence equips professionals with practical tools to structure ideas, communicate them persuasively, and present with confidence in meetings, presentations, and leadership conversations.

The results are clearer discussions, stronger leadership communication, and more effective decision-making across teams.

What Makes Mic Drop workFORCE Different

Most workplace communication training focuses on presentation mechanics. Mic Drop workFORCE brings the techniques professional speakers use on stage into the workplace.

Participants learn how to:

  • Capture attention quickly

  • Structure ideas so audiences stay engaged

  • Guide listeners toward decisions and action

  • Communicate with clarity and authority in the room

These are the same principles professional speakers use to move audiences, adapted for meetings, presentations, and leadership conversations.

What is Presenting with Influence?

Presenting with Influence is a hands-on workplace communication workshop that teaches professionals how to present ideas clearly, persuasively, and with confidence.

Participants learn the same principles professional speakers use to capture attention, structure compelling messages, and move audiences toward action, adapted specifically for workplace meetings, presentations, and leadership conversations.

Whether they are presenting in a meeting, pitching an idea, or speaking to senior leadership, participants leave with the skills to communicate so their ideas actually land.

What Participants Learn

The M3 Method by Mic Drop workFORCE: MIND, MAP, MOMENT

The workshop is built around three core pillars:

MIND: Inner confidence

Shift the spotlight from yourself to
your audience.

The Lighthouse Speaker concept reduces anxiety and strengthens presence by replacing "What does everyone think of me?" with "How can
I best guide the audience?"

MAP: What you want to say

The WISH Method gives presenters a repeatable structure for organizing ideas so audiences stay engaged and are guided toward clear decisions or action.

MOMENT: How you deliver it

The Delivery Toolbox: Posture (confidence), Hands (pace), Eyes (engagement), Tone (mood).

Deliver presentations with presence and authority without scripting
word-for-word.
